Licensed in Washington state since 1992, my professional experience has included new construction, residential resale, condos, land, second home/investment properties, and equestrian acreage.

I am licensed as a Managing Broker in Washington and work primarily in Kittitas, King, and Pierce Counties, but also have a team in place to handle the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area markets.  

My goal is always to provide guidance to my clients, helping them to make informed decisions throughout the real estate process.  The wants and needs of the client always come first, and it is my desire to help make the process as smooth as possible.
